The organisation applying must be actively involved in conservation
within the borders of South Africa.
The applicant must be registered as a non-profit organisation
with the department of social services in Pretoria.
The applicant must be a properly registered body with the appropriate
South African authorities; and must produce annual audited statements.
Funding is preferably provided for specific projects and programmes
that will promote and develop conservation in South Africa.
Applications for funding should be motivated in detail in writing
and supported by any additional documents which explain the
purpose and importance of the project. In addition, a copy of
the latest audited financial statements must be provided.
